Who we are

This website belongs to Tammie’s Pristine Cleans, run by Tammie Balym. We decide what happens with your details. Our website provider, Everflow Marketing (Tasmania), runs the website, its quote form and its emails for us, and only uses your details to do that.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect your name, mobile number, email address (if you give one), suburb, what you need and anything else you type in.

We also note whether you used a phone or a computer, the page you sent it from, how long the form took to fill in (to spot spam) and, if your browser says so, roughly where you came from (Google, Instagram, Facebook or another website), never the address itself. The form keeps a random code in your browser so it can tell when the same browser sends a lot of enquiries in a few minutes; it isn’t linked to your name and isn’t used for anything else. We don’t record your internet (IP) address.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry by text, call or email, including an automatic email to say your enquiry arrived.

We don’t sell your details, and we don’t use them for anyone else’s marketing.

Where it’s kept, and who helps us

• This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). When you visit, your browser connects to Cloudflare’s network, which may be outside Australia, and, like any web host, Cloudflare handles your internet (IP) address to deliver the page and keep the site secure. We don’t receive it or keep it.
• Everflow Marketing stores enquiries for us in Google Cloud (Firebase) in Sydney, Australia.
• Your enquiry is emailed to Tammie through Gmail, with your details in it, so she sees it straight away.
• The form passes your enquiry through a Google Apps Script service, which may run outside Australia, on its way to storage in Sydney. Some other Google services we use to run the site (Gmail) may also process it overseas.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and review-request records, including the copies in our email account, are deleted within 12 months. If you ask us to stop, we keep a scrambled version of your email address or number on a do-not-contact list, so we never ask you again by mistake.

Seeing, fixing or deleting your details

Ask Tammie on 0427 832 962 or tammiebalym1010@gmail.com. We’ll reply within 30 days, and we won’t charge you for it.

Complaints

Please tell us first on 0427 832 962 or tammiebalym1010@gmail.com and we’ll try to fix it within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner: oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
